At Wiggles & Giggles Child Care Centre, we provide more than just learning—we inspire children to explore, move, and grow! Our extra-curricular programs focus on physical activity, creative expression, and mindfulness. Through sports, dance, yoga, and Tai Chi, we help children build confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being.

Sports Fun with Ready Steady Go Kids

We have partnered with Ready Steady Go Kids, Australia’s leading multi-sports program, to bring weekly sports sessions to our children. Experienced coaches guide children through a variety of sports, helping them develop motor skills, balance, and teamwork. With a fun and supportive approach, our program fosters confidence and a love for staying active.

Dance

Dance is a joyful way for children to move, express themselves, and stay active. Our weekly dance classes encourage creativity and promote physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination. Dancing also enhances social skills and confidence as children learn to follow rhythms and routines in a fun and uplifting environment.

Yoga for Little Minds & Bodies

Our yoga sessions provide children with a calm space to explore movement and mindfulness. Through gentle poses, stretching, and breathing exercises, children develop focus, balance, and strength. Yoga helps build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of inner calm—skills that are invaluable for growing minds and bodies.

Tai Chi for Mindfulness

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice that combines movement with mindfulness. Through simple exercises, children learn to focus, relax, and develop body awareness. Tai Chi helps improve balance, coordination, and concentration while promoting a sense of calm and well-being. Our weekly sessions introduce children to this ancient practice, helping them nurture their mind-body connection.
